This website needs no registration, stores no data on any server and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The quote planner sends nothing: it only prepares a message that you choose to send on WhatsApp. Fonts are served from the site itself, without connecting to third-party services.

What data we process and why
We only process the data you give us when you message us on WhatsApp or call us: your name, your phone number and the details of the move (origin, destination, date and what needs moving). We use it only to prepare your quote and, if you accept it, to carry out the service.
When you use the WhatsApp button, your message is sent through WhatsApp (Meta), which applies its own privacy policy.
Legal basis

How long we keep it
While the quote is being handled and, if you book the service, for the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
No one, unless required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by contacting us on the phone number above. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log technical visit data (such as IP addresses) for security and operation.
The Spanish version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
